Bent Tree West Swim & Tennis Club. Dallas, TX. Private club membership.

The club is located on the West side of North Dallas Tollway, on Voss, just south of Frankford. Check us out, you certainly do not have to reside in the immediate area.

By completing a membership application and paying membership fees you agree to the following conditions:

1. Membership is for one full year. Additional fees may apply for lessons, special events, or classes.

2. Membership cards will be issued for each paid member. Membership cards MUST be shown at the entrance gate. Should the card be forgotten or lost, an adult member can show their ID. Children will not be permitted to enter without their valid id card or and an adult with ID. A nanny pool pass can be issued for $10.00 with a family card.

3. Each membership comes with 2 pool guest passes per month. Each pass can only be used once and is only good for the month indicated. Each pass may accommodate up to 5 persons (adult and/or child). The pass will be surrendered at the gate upon entrance. Additional daily adult guest pool passes can be purchased at the gate for adults $6.00 and Children $3.50. Guest must arrive either with the member or an adult member be present upon arrival of their guests to check them in. Guests may enjoy the club for the day. However, if they intend on leaving and coming back, they must get the appropriate stamp to re-enter.

4. NO REPLACEMENT CARDS for guest or day passes if lost or stolen. A $25.00 reissue fee for lost membership cards. Member numbers will be retired and a new number issued. . Clubhouse rental is separate from pool rental. Clubhouse rental fees along with a signed contract and a $300 refundable deposit must be completed with Katie before rental can be reserved on the calendar.

5. Tennis court use must be reserved on the tennis board at least one hour prior to use. The tennis courts are for game playing and practice. Children cannot be on the court without adult supervision. Summer camps and private adult, children, teens or group lessons must be registered with Coach Donna Smith.

6. Clubhouse family and adult only social events are open to club members, their guest and HOA members. Minor fees may apply.

7. All communication and notification of events and CLUB information will be through EMAIL. You agree to notify Membership if you move or change EMAIL address.
